What is the pass grade on the knowledge test?

If you are a learner, please contact your manager who will be able to tell you what grade they have set.

If you are a manager and haven’t manually changed the knowledge test, it will automatically be set as E, which is 55% or above pass grade.  Please review the 'Knowledge Test' section on your dashboard for further information.
